Zhejiang Hozon (Hezhong, or NETA Auto) New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province in October 2014 with a registered capital of 626 million yuan and a total investment of more than 2.5 billion yuan. Its smart factory in Tongxiang has been fully completed. Hozon Auto has officially obtained the production qualification for pure-electric passenger vehicles approved by the Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Nezha Auto is a vehicle brand of Hozon Auto. On June 1, 2018, in Beijing, Zhejiang Hozon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Hezhong New Energy) held a press conference and officially released its own car brand – Nezha Auto.
