Lixiang Auto is a new energy vehicle company founded by Li Xiang in July 2015. The company was named “CHJ Automobile” earlier. In March 2019, CHJ Automobile was renamed Lixiang Auto to hope to build “no battery life” mid-to-large SUVs with “range anxiety”.

As a pure smart electric vehicle brand, it will create smart electric vehicles without mileage anxiety for users. The English brand name is “LEADING IDEAL”, and the brand LOGO “LI” is inspired by the initials of the English name LEADING IDEAL.
