Neta’s first overseas factory landed in Thailand

We learned that Hozon Auto (an EV startup who owns NETA brand) Thailand’s ecological smart factory officially laid the foundation stone in Khan Narao District, Bangkok. The factory is expected to be put into operation at the end of January next year, and the annual production capacity will be 20,000 units.

It is reported that the new factory is of great significance to Hozon Auto, and will become its main base for producing right-hand drive electric vehicles in the future. At the same time, we also learned that Hozon Auto signed a cooperation agreement with Thailand’s BGAC company. In the future, the two companies will jointly build a modern electric vehicle assembly base. BGAC is headquartered in Khan Nayao District, Bangkok, Thailand, and has more than 50 years of experience in automobile assembly.

It is reported that the new factory is positioned to “focus on Thailand and radiate Southeast Asia”. At present, Hozon Automobile has established a Thai subsidiary and a European business department to launch 3 overseas models; in the future, it plans to expand overseas business to the Middle East, the European Union and other countries around the world.
