Recently, AIWAYS Auto officially released the design sketch of its second model, U6 ion, the new car is AIWAYS’s second EV after AIWAYS U5. Like AIWAYS U5, U6 ion will also come from MAS platform. Official sources say that the new car will make its world debut at the Geneva Motor Show on March 3 2020, Swiss time.
The first mass-produced model of AIWAYS U5, was officially launched on December 19, 2019, price ranges from 197,900-292,100 yuan after subsidy. The U6 ion will be on the same platform as AIWAYS U5. Judging from the design sketch, the front face of U6 ion continues a large-area closed design. Based on the AIWAYS family style, the U6 ion’s irregularly shaped headlights and the black mesh decoration under the headlights are more spiritual.
