On February 2, we obtained spy photos of the BYD Qin L, a compact sedan, from relevant channels. It is understood that the car will be positioned higher than the current BYD Qin PLUS and will expand the Qin family series to enrich consumer choices. It is worth mentioning that the future price of the car is expected to start at 120,000-130,000 yuan (~US$16,000 – US$18,000).
Although the car is covered with a fairly strict camouflage wrap, more details can still be seen through the outline details. The Qin L is equipped with a large-size front grille, and the dragon whisker shape and headlight group adopt a new design, which looks very grand overall.
From the side, the car adopts a double waistline design, and the through-type shoulder line effectively lengthens the visual length of the car body. At the rear, it adopts a bar-type taillight group, which is matched with the lower bumper shape and the slightly upturned duck tail design to enrich the visual level.
Judging from the font on the camouflage wrap, the car will be equipped with the DM-i power system in the future. We will continue to pay attention to the details.
